About Children's Ministry
Our goal at Clover Hill Kids is to help families disciple their children to know Christ, grow in Christ, and serve Christ as their Lord and Redeemer.
We aim to help children become followers of Jesus by teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ, not just moral lessons or Bible stories. We do this using methods of instruction and interaction that are both excellent and age-appropriate.
We minister to nursery through elementary age children, primarily by equipping parents to shepherd their children’s hearts well.
We offer Sunday school classes for nursery through fifth grade. The Word of God is the backbone of our ministry for every age group. Our teaching focuses on Jesus as the fulfillment of all the promises of God through the glorious hope of the Gospel.
Check in Information
Checking in your child is really easy. Please speak with one of our helpful Children’s Ministry Assistants at the check-in desk. Our volunteers will make sure your children are assigned to the proper class and take note of any allergies or special needs that they may have. We will be glad to answer any of your questions, and we look forward to serving your family!
If you’re visiting with us for the first time, our electronic check-in system for all ages is in the Children’s Ministry area, directly to the left when you walk through the front doors. Please stop by a few minutes early to sign in and print security tags for any children that will be attending class during the service. If you download the Church Center app and set up a profile from home, you can then check your children into class before you even leave home. A QR code will be provided for quick use at the kiosk when you arrive.
The check-in desk is designated for first-time visitors. Please allow extra time for important information to be gathered about each child and to locate classrooms. A volunteer will be happy to assist you!

Parent FAQ
In order to ensure the safety and security of all students, parents or guardians need to register kids before they attend class for the first time. Visit the check-in desk of the children’s ministry wing and our Children’s Ministry Assistants will help you complete the one-time registration for each child.
After the first time, you’ll be able to simply print an ID sticker for your child, and a separate sticker for you to hold onto that matches the unique number on your child’s sticker.
Downloading our Church Center App to register your child beforehand can make this process faster and easier. (Instructions for how to download the app can be found at the bottom of our website’s home page)
Parents are welcome to ask questions, briefly tour the classroom with a Children’s Ministry Assistant present, and communicate special needs with the Children’s Ministry Assistant. For the safety and security of all of our students we do not allow any adult who is not a member of Clover Hill with a background check stay unsupervised in the children’s ministry.
Children are released only to an authorized parent/guardian or approved pickup person. Permission to check out siblings forms are available upon the request of the parent for teens 12 and older to pick up siblings.
Tell the Children’s Ministry Assistant. We will verify the situation rather than release the child without the required identification.
Tell the Children’s Ministry Assistant what usually helps your child. We will make a reasonable effort to help with the transition. If your child remains extremely distressed or cannot be consoled under our 10 minute policy, we will contact you.
We will handle it calmly and discreetly. Please provide a change of clothes for young children and let us know about potty-training needs.
Please tell the Children’s Ministry Assistant of any allergies before leaving your child. Give details on what reactions to look for and their severity.
Start with the Children’s Ministry Assistant or Children’s Ministry Director at the check-in desk. We want to listen, explain our procedures, and work with you toward a solution.
